the killing of those who in seconds could have chose
could have rose to certain extremes
who might have had a brain to be confused
and might have ran this country
do not tell me lies
that i might rise to the occasion
listen to a brief moment
when all else fails send your children to burn
it would seem to be the path
the unending power for the feeble
to surrender to hypocracy, a democracy which
i could have bought years ago
but this one seems to me the two bit whore
the assembly line for the great
i wish we could just choose
